I am often asked to describe my photography. My camera is to art what a paintbrush is to a portrait. I’m an artist with a camera, not a photo documentarian or news journalist. My camera is a recorder of sorts—I furnish the vision within my intention.

Arguably, some of my art is whimsical; other of it is a creative composition of frequently seen scenes. If pressed, I translate my art as obsession with urban landscapes hence urban landscape photography.

If sharing with an another artist, I may confide that I use abstract image composition techniques to creatively interpret things overlooked. Perhaps you glimpse how subconscious forms an association with the device in my hand. I gesture toward the lure of leading lines in glass, steel, marble, light, darkness, and concrete; they incite.

Lastly, my Flora art captures organic micro design. I seek the precision and complexity within nature.
